This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Élan Supréme. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards apply.

1. Return & Exchange Request Window

Any return or exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Requests submitted beyond 48 hours will be automatically declined without exception.

Delivery confirmation shall be determined based on courier tracking records.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unopened, untested, and in original sealed condition.

All original packaging, labels, safety seals, and invoices are intact.

The product is returned in resalable condition.

A valid unboxing video (continuous and unedited) and supporting images are provided for claims related to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, products that have been opened, sprayed, swatched, tested, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Permitted Grounds for Return/Exchange

Return or exchange may be approved only under the following circumstances:

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect

Product damaged during transit

Incorrect variant shipped by Élan Supréme

All claims are subject to internal verification and approval. Élan Supréme reserves the sole right to determine eligibility after inspection.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics

Customised or personalised fragrance orders

Limited-edition or made-to-order products

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional campaigns (unless defective)

Gift cards or store credits

International orders (except in cases of proven damage or incorrect shipment)

5. Refund Policy

Élan Supréme follows a strict No Cash Refund Policy, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement product, at the sole discretion of Élan Supréme.

Store credit, where issued, will be valid for a limited period (as specified at the time of issuance).

Shipping charges, customs duties, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

6. International Orders

International shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws and regulations.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or regulatory restrictions, Élan Supréme shall not be liable for refund or replacement.

7. Shipping Damage or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide a clear unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel) and photographic evidence.

Upon verification, you may choose between:

Replacement (subject to availability), or

Store credit equivalent to the product value.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Inspection & Approval

All returned products will undergo strict quality inspection upon receipt.

Élan Supréme reserves the right to:

Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

Return the product back to the customer if found used, tampered, or damaged after delivery.

In such cases, no refund, credit, or exchange will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

Élan Supréme shall not be liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin irritation. Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product in question.

We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For orders placed within India, this policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

For international orders, disputes shall be governed by Indian law, and exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts located in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence.
