1. Orders & Pricing
  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • We strive for pricing accuracy; however, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, Élan Supréme reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. Customers will be notified promptly.
  •  All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  •  Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
2. Payments

  • Payments are processed exclusively through trusted and secure payment gateways.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.
  • Any payment-related discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

  • Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • International deliveries may take 7–15 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, strict hygiene and quality standards are maintained:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, tested, used, or tampered with are non-returnable.
  • Customised fragrances or limited-edition products are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To maintain product integrity:

  • Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Follow usage instructions for cosmetic products carefully.
    Élan Supréme shall not be liable for reactions resulting from misuse or failure to review ingredient lists.
