This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed with Élan Supréme.

1. Our Shipping Network

Élan Supréme ships across India through trusted and verified logistics partners. International orders are fulfilled through authorized global courier services specializing in fragrance and cosmetic transportation.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days (customs clearance may add additional processing time)

Remote/Restricted Areas: Certain regions may experience extended timelines due to logistical constraints.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, regulatory inspections, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

Orders are verified and processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Each product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

Orders are securely packaged in compliance with transportation guidelines applicable to perfumes and cosmetic products.

Upon dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Élan Supréme reserves the right to cancel orders flagged for fraud risk, payment verification issues, or regulatory restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout.

Domestic (India)

Free shipping on eligible orders (as displayed at checkout).

Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

International

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and applicable courier rates.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Delivery & Tracking

Customers will receive real-time tracking updates once the order is dispatched.

Standard delivery hours depend on the courier partner and local regulations.

Delivery attempts are typically limited to 2–3 attempts by the courier.

If a customer is unavailable:

The courier may reattempt delivery.

The package may be held at a local hub for pickup.

Failure to accept delivery may result in the order being returned to origin.

If an order is returned due to refusal, non-availability, incorrect address, or unpaid customs duties, re-shipping charges will apply. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping, handling, and applicable fees.

5. International Shipping Considerations

Perfumes may be classified as flammable goods under air transport regulations. Some countries may:

Restrict alcohol-based fragrance imports

Require additional documentation

Impose regulatory inspections or delays

Customers are responsible for ensuring that perfume or cosmetic imports comply with local laws and regulations.

If an order is seized, destroyed, or returned due to non-compliance with destination country laws, Élan Supréme shall not be held liable for refund or replacement.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

Record a clear unboxing video starting before opening the parcel.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and proof.

Claims submitted without proper evidence may not be accepted.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Élan Supréme shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery failure due to recipient unavailability

Packages left unattended at customer request

Additional re-shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.

8. Force Majeure

Élan Supréme shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, customs holds, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or regulatory changes.

10. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Risk of Loss

All purchases made from Élan Supréme are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon:

Successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided, as confirmed by courier tracking records; or

Handover of the shipment to the designated courier partner for international shipments (where required under applicable law).

Élan Supréme shall not be liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery;

Packages left unattended at the customer’s request;

Delays, seizure, or damage caused by customs authorities or third-party logistics providers.

In the event a shipment is marked as delivered but disputed by the customer, Élan Supréme reserves the right to rely on courier proof-of-delivery documentation as final evidence.

Title Transfer

Legal title to products passes to the customer only after:

Full payment (including shipping charges and applicable taxes) has been successfully received; and

The order has been dispatched.

Élan Supréme reserves the right to cancel or withhold shipment in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback risk, regulatory restrictions, or payment verification failure.

11. Hazardous Goods Compliance (Perfume & Alcohol-Based Products)

Certain fragrance products sold by Élan Supréme may contain alcohol and may be classified as “flammable liquids” under international air and ground transport regulations.

Accordingly:

All shipments are packed and declared in accordance with applicable transport regulations, including but not limited to IATA (International Air Transport Association) and relevant domestic shipping guidelines.

Some countries may impose restrictions on the import of alcohol-based perfumes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws, restrictions, and licensing requirements.

Élan Supréme shall not be liable for:

Seizure, confiscation, or destruction of goods by customs or regulatory authorities;

Additional documentation requirements imposed by destination authorities;

Delays arising from hazardous goods inspections.

If a shipment is returned, destroyed, or abandoned due to regulatory non-compliance in the destination country, no refund shall be issued, except where required by mandatory law.

12. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Élan Supréme may offer certain products on a pre-order or backorder basis, particularly for limited-edition launches or high-demand releases.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order products will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

These timelines are approximate and subject to production, quality checks, and regulatory approvals.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

Backorders

Backordered products will be shipped once inventory becomes available.

Customers will be notified in case of extended delays.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to payment gateway deductions and administrative fees (if applicable).

Once dispatched, standard shipping and return policies apply.

Élan Supréme reserves the right to cancel any pre-order due to:

Production constraints

Regulatory restrictions

Supply chain disruptions

Force majeure events

In such cases, a refund in the original mode of payment or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
